Brackets Extension for Start GG

An extension to display current steaming information from start.gg

Version 0.0.0.2 fixes a crash that happens when displaying stream queues from top 8/final bracket.

Version 0.0.0.3 fixes an issue where inputting the bracket link will show the wrong information for grand finals data (winners final/losers final/grand final).
