Leap Video Downloader

Leap Video Downloader is a ready to use video downloader.
Please note, it doesn't download videos from Youtube and other restrictive platforms.
It works on HTML5 video and permissive platforms such as Vimeo
How to use:

Find the extension's menu item in the toolbar under the extensions icon
Open a page that contains video. Start the video
Open the popup
Click download
Check your "Downloads" folder.

How to test:

Open any video on Vimeo
Open the popup
Download the video

It's an alternative for paid video software such as IDM, itab, bilibili, cococut. It is in English unlike 百度网盘 and 百度文库!
